Let’s keep our kids healthy!

One thing I noticed while on vacation was that America is getting bigger and bigger…  Even our kids.  I’d like to share with you this website: http://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=52713

It has tips on how to make healthier lunches for our kids.  Something I’ve come to realize is that kids will eat when they are hungry…  If you only have whole grain breads and water to drink…  Guess what?  They will eat it.  Now I like to have treats like everyone, but they are just that TREATS and not something I serve everyday. 

Air popped popcorn and wraps are a great idea.
