Meal Plan 2-4-12 : A week’s worth of meals for under $30

 Meal Plan 2-11-12 has been posted!  This is week #19 keeping it under $30…  You’ll see a MUCH different meal plan…  It has snacks in it.  My husband has committed to doing the full Ironman in 2013, and has a goal to be 30 lbs less when he does his 2nd 1/2 Ironman this summer.  This week we are trying to JUMPSTART our metabolism so we can eat to be full but still lose weight.   We are going to try it and see how it goes.  That being said, the MEALS (not including snacks) are still under $30 so I’m still counting it!    I will do my best to hi-light the snacks and not include them in the total so you can see what we are eating.  The  Herbed Pork Chops were to DIE FOR!!!  My whole family loved them. My only complaint was I used boneless pork chops and 30 min was a bit too long and they were a touch dry, but it didn’t matter too much with the gravy.  YUMMY!!!  This weeks recipe is Chicken & Spinach Enchiladas!  They look yummy.  Fish Tacos will also be new but there is nothing fancy going into that dinner just fish instead of ground beef.
