Meal Plan 2-18-12 : A week’s worth of meals for under $30

 Meal Plan 2-18-12 has been posted!  This is week #19 keeping it under $30…  You’ll notice that this is the SAME EXACT meal plan as last week.  There is 2 reasons.  Reason 1 is the metabolism recipes are working.  My husband lost 7+ lbs and I’ve lost 3 lbs.  Weight isn’t everything…  My energy at my workouts have improved, I’ve up the amt of weight I’m using, and Jay and I just feel so much better.  Reason 2 is I’ve received the Master Your Metabolism Cookbook so I need to go through and plan out the recipes and purchase needed ingredients at the best prices.  This weeks recipe is Chicken & Spinach Enchiladas were so delicious…
