Meal Plan 2-4-12 : A week’s worth of meals for under $30

 Meal Plan 2-25-12has been posted!  This is week #21 keeping it under $30…  The metabolism diet is REALLY working.  Jay and I feel GREAT.  It is a lot of work, but if I plan it out like I’m doing, and take an hour or 2 on the weekends and make what you can ahead of time, it’s actually not bad.  My new recipe is from Jillian Michael’s Master your Metabolism cookbook.  (LOVE IT!!!)  Check out Chicken Satay with Almond Sauce.  I still CAN’T believe how this edit (the letters of diet flipped around) has helped us.  We are losing the last few pounds and eating more calories than we were.  I’ve also found if you are smart in how you buy natural ingredients you don’t need to spend a ton more money. Buy what is on sale…   A couple of ingredients that I’ve found that I really love are Almond Milk and White Whole Wheat flour.  Can you believe that there is albino wheat???  Who new.  The flour gives you all the whole wheat benefits without the yucky bitter taste.
