Meal Plan 3-3-12 : A week’s worth of meals for under $30

 Meal Plan 3-3-12has been posted!  This is week #22 keeping it under $30…  We are still LOVING the metabolism diet!  I don’t have just one but two new recipes this week.  I’ve created a healthier Pulled Pork and I’ll be making Curtis Stone’s Braised beef stew with orange and anise.  The Chicken Satay with Almond Sauce was SO AMAZING.  Two new substitutions we’ve made this week is we’ve switched from Splenda to Stevia In the Raw and we actually like it better.  We’ve also discovered Stonyfield’s Organic 0% Fat French Vanilla Yogurt…  Yummy!!!  Jay and I are slowly switching over and hopefully will do an entire switch here pretty soon.  We are checking out Trader Joe’s this weekend so let me know if there is anything there we should look at that you love!
