Meal Plan 3-17-12 : A week’s worth of meals for under $30

 Meal Plan 3-17-12 has been posted!  The  Baked Pomegranate Chicken wasn’t as good as I had hoped.  I think it needed less cinn and more hot spice.  I may play with it a little…  I’m doing, Stuffed Pork loin tonight so we’ll see how that goes.  This week I’m going almond pad thai from Jillian’s Master your Metabolism cookbook.  I can’t find it online so I’m not comfortable posting it.  Jay and I are getting closer to our goals and are still feeling great!
